Kristye Brackett is the Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO), responsible for developing and leading the organization’s philanthropic strategy to maximize impact and advance its mission. She oversees fundraising, donor relations, strategic counsel, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. The CPO builds and nurtures relationships with individual, corporate, and institutional donors, leads campaigns and initiatives, and works closely with the executive team to integrate philanthropy into the organization’s overall strategy and culture. Reporting to the CEO, Kristye plays a key role with the leadership team in the company's outreach.

A Raleigh native and graduate of Broughton High School and Meredith College, Kristye built her career through leadership roles in major philanthropic campaigns and advancement initiatives. Her experience includes campaign leadership and major gifts work for the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School during the Carolina First Campaign, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medical Center during the Advancing the Clinical Mission Campaign, and Meredith College during the Beyond Strong Campaign. She also served as Vice President of Philanthropy for Transitions LifeCare, where she oversaw multiple major philanthropic initiatives supporting hospice care, children’s programs, and long-term organizational sustainability.

Throughout her career, Kristye has provided strategic counsel for organizations across North Carolina and beyond, including the NC Zoo, the NC Museum of Art, North Carolina Symphony, Raleigh Rescue Mission, Dix Park Conservancy, Occoneechee Council, Boy Scouts of America, Camp Corral, Levine Museum of the New South, Habitat for Humanity of Wake and Johnston Counties, and SPCA of Wake County. Her work has supported initiatives focused on land and water conservation, arts and cultural resources, education, affordable housing, public safety, healthcare, military families, and outreach programs serving vulnerable communities. She has also advised faith-based organizations as they expand their missions and community impact.

Kristye lives in Raleigh with her husband and son. She serves as a deacon at White Memorial Presbyterian Church, is a member of the Raleigh Fine Arts Society, and is a founding board member of the Raleigh Police Foundation.
