Elizabeth Grantham provides Executive Assistant, Project Management, and Operational support to the executive leadership team at TRC. With over a decade of experience in executive operations and administration, she is dedicated to building systems and processes that empower high-performing teams and support C-suite leaders.

In addition to her role at TRC, Elizabeth is the Founder and Managing Partner of EVA Partners, a boutique firm offering high-touch executive assistant services to senior leaders across multiple industries.

Before founding EVA Partners, Elizabeth held several leadership roles at Red Hat, where she led global onboarding initiatives, optimized sales enablement operations, and, for most of her tenure, served as Executive Operations Manager and trusted partner to the Chief People Officer.

Her focus on operational excellence, strategic alignment, and relationship-centered leadership enables impactful process improvements, change management, and proactive executive support.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Meredith College and resides in Pinehurst, NC, with her husband, their two young children, and their beloved English Cocker Spaniel, Dottie.
