Shital has a proven ability to lead diverse teams, develop talent, and drive performance while maintaining the highest standards. She spent the majority of her career in luxury hospitality, most recently serving as Director of Rooms at The Umstead Hotel and Spa, a five-star luxury hotel.

 

Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, traveling, and unwinding outdoors, especially by the beach.
