Adam Bussian is the Public Affairs Manager at The Results Company, where he supports public affairs projects and client engagements across North Carolina. He works closely with senior leadership to coordinate external initiatives, manage project execution, and support client and stakeholder communications.

 

A North Carolina native, Adam earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Furman University and his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. He brings a strong foundation in government relations, legislative analysis, and public policy to his work.

 

Before joining The Results Company, Adam worked in communications and government relations at the Texas General Land Office under Commissioner George P. Bush and served as a legal intern in the Office of the President Pro Tempore of the North Carolina Senate. His experience across government, law, and public affairs supports the firm’s mission to empower civically minded leaders and advance solutions that strengthen economic and educational opportunity across North Carolina.
