Sydney McDaniel DeLancey serves as the Special Assistant to the CEO of The Results Company. In her role with TRC, Sydney works closely with the CEO on projects including special events, client outreach and communications, and scheduling.

Before joining The Results Company in 2021, Sydney spent over five years working in North Carolina State Government in a critical support role for the N.C. Land and Water Fund. During her time with the fund, she assisted with budget management and special project delivery. Additionally, she was responsible for event planning and coordination for the NCLWF Board of Trustees. While earning her degree, Sydney held several prominent internship positions, including at the N.C. General Assembly, N.C. Republican Party, and with U.S. Representative Richard Hudson in Washington, D.C.

 

Sydney received a B.A. in Political Science from North Carolina State University in 2016. A proud Eastern North Carolinian, Sydney and her husband, Justin, reside in her hometown of Wilson. In her free time, Sydney enjoys reading and spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking exciting new recipes.
